Vomiting??? |
I dont know if this is my phobia setting in but i felt wierd this morning and then when i got home i felt okay, around an hour or two ago i got really tired and i tried to fall asleep but as i fell asleep i felt sick to my stomach but i am not sure weither it is my phobia of vomiting setting in or not, i have no fever, nothing just that gross feeling and the thought of throwing up, is this just my phobia?? i have the same problem ever seen i almost puked from being sick like 2 months ago my mind just keeps playing tricks on me i am not sick but i get that throw up feeling so I've been tryin to convince myself not to think about it or something. I have a huge phobia of throwing up as well I would rather break all my bones then do it again. could be diabetes, and not a phobia at all. You should go to the doctor if it is an ongoing problem. Everyone fears throwing up. It could be your getting sick and haven't reached the If you had unprotected sex, you might be pregnant. This sounds to me like a symptom of morning sickness. If not, then it might be that you ate somethign that upset your stomach and its causing you nausea. Which is the feeling of like you are going to throw up but cant. Me, if I feel like throwing up (sick) I just put my finger in the back of my tongue and induce the throw up (I dont do this alot), but it helps the nausea feeling, and it might be something you ate that is causing you indigestion. Take some Alkasetzer in a glass of water. This also helps. you probably do have a fever but don't realise it. I doubt its your phobia but no body likes being sick so if i were you have some kind of tablet to make you feel better |
