Vomiting...? |
For the past month, my brother has been vomiting up to five days a week. He will eat something, then throw it all up. He has stomach pain, like cramps. He has gone to the doctor, but they can't figure out what is wrong with him. It can't be the flu, because it has lasted for literally over a month, of him throwing up all he has eaten. And no, it has nothing to do with anxiety or eating disorders or anything. Anyone have any idea as to what can be causing this? I just hate seeing my brother waste away before my eyes... Read this website and tell me if it sounds familiar.....http://cms.clevelandclinic.org/neuroscie... thing he needs to see more than one doctor....Even if he doesnt go see the doctor he or someone needs to call around to more than one and explain the symptoms.....This sounds serious and i cant believe that he has went a month like this without any help......He needs to get real medical attention as soon as possible....From a doctor that is not going to just dismiss him because he doesnt know whats wrong. Find someone that is willing to help you find out.(Im not sure if this will help but bannanas are suppose to b light on the stomach so he may be able to keep them down.) Maybe he has a stomach problem. See another doctor and get a second opoinion. Better to be safe than sorry. something he ate. he needs a strong tablet cant remember what its called that will stop the sickness because i was like that my cousin was vomitting terribly prior to being diagnosed with acid reflux disease. go see a gastroenterologist I pray I am wrong, but this could be very serious!!!!! I would get him to another physician ASAP!!!!!! My thoughts and prayers will be with you both! if his fingers are yellow then his self-indusing it. if not then try webmd o man i dunno maybe he has an ulcer or somethin Irritation of the stomach lining caused by rare bacterial infection, could be a possibility. I have a natural cure he can try. Email me. It could be an allergy, has he documented everything he eats? If he is losing a great deal of weight they can give him anti-nausea medication to stop him from vomiting. I suggest getting a second opinion...if it were me I would be pressuring the doctors to figure out why it's happening not just letting them give up. Usually there is some kind of an obstruction if someone repeatedly vomits after eating. This should have been figured out by now....time to see a gastroenerologist. he has got to see a different doctor. asap my dads friends son had this. he had to bring a change of clothes to school everday. so sad.... the only thing I can say is that you should try and remember if you ate at a new restaurant and if he ate something there, and maybe it came from a place around the world and it is comen there and they have a cure. I would definitely see a doctor. Also have them check for Crohn's Disease. Your brother should be seen by a gastro-enterologist...they are physicians that specialize in stomach issues.....it could be an ulcer, or not his stomach but rather his gallbladder, pancreas,...... Look up parasites. |
