Thanks guys:D:D
You are have been very helpful.
I have tried some of the methods you have given me and now I am feeling a bit better.
:D Thanks SO much.

Eat light food. Avoid dairy products. Chew on ice, swallow little pices of ice. Eat rice cripy bars. Good luck.

You don't want to hear this but as soon as you throw up, you will feel a million times better. Take it from someone who is also terrified of puking (or at least I was for a long time); once it's over, you will feel much better. Then if you can go to the store, get some OTC sleeping pills with the active ingredient called "doxylamine succinate"; it works to block the nausea trigger in your brain. I've tried it and it does work. But if you're already close to throwing up, you may as well let it happen and then try to prevent it before it comes back.

just throw up.. that's the only cure... it's a natural way of letting your body reject what ails it...

this is for your own good just make sure you get a pail by your computer...

are you ready??

think of cereal but instead of milk..you eat it with mayonnaise

works everytime!

I hate vomiting as well.
Try turning out the lights, lying down, and taking slow deep breaths.
Take some pepto or gravol if you want.

try emetrol it is an over the counter drug for nausea you can get it at any drug store

well u should run to the nearest corner store and get some coconut water and drink. Also gingerale helps. try not to exert yourself to much. keep a positive mind. dont drink any milk or anything to milky.

Eat very light. Grapes might help.
Pepto Bismal helps nausea and upset stomach.
Drink fluids.
Or even try taking a medicine that helps flu like symptoms and eat chicken noodle soup.
I know that sounds original but i've read that chicken noodle actually helps.
