Vomiting..please help? |
Ok I had a really sore throat when I went to track practice yesterday and I ran a tough workout on it, which I figure was a really bad idea. Anyways, I got picked up and when I got out of the car to walk up to my house I had uncontrollable shivers and I got a bad fever after a while. Later that night I felt like vomiting but I'm SCARED SH**TLESS of vomiting (more than anything else) and I held it through the night. This morning I felt like vomiting even more, like I can feel it in the back of my throat kind of. I really didn't want to vomit so I drank a lot of tea and just rested on my bed. Just vomit I would Suggest Calling Your Doctor For some Helpful Tips, But If You dont want to, Lay In Bed With Your head and back up, Like Thiss... \___ If that makes sence? Sorry =P PEP DO BISMAL DUH Hey I am like you!!!I can't vomit. I threw up only once in my whole life and that was like 10years ago; I think we have a phobia about vomit that's it!! Go ahead, and vomit away. You're body is telling you to puke for a reason. Its worth vomitting and being scared, then it is holding it in and being miserable. If you feel to vomit don't hold it back, it is something that your system needs to get rid off. Don't keep those poisons in you, that's why a person vomits to clear your stomach, you're doing more harm then good, I think that now maybe a good idea to try and bring up if you still feel to, don't hold back. What is so scary about vomiting? it's done every day to someone. |
