Vomiting bug?

I woke up have looked pale and washed out all day. a bit before lunch time i started to feel ill but continued to eat normally because i thought it would pass. it progresivly got worse and i have on and off felt like vomiting for the whole day. it is night time now and i still feel very ill. i havent had any diahorrea though. i feel better when im hungry but as soon as i eat i feel terrible again. i also have a few "wet" burps.

i am a severe emetophobic (fear of vomiting) so any answers will be great.

Take some pepto, see if that helps, Just lay low, don't do much, and eat light, bland foods, munch on saltine crackers and drink lots of water and try ginger ale.. Give it 24-48 hours, you should hopefully feel better. If you're a girl, maybe there's a chance you're pregnant?
