Vomiting bile 8 years after having gallbladder removed?? |
I woke up from my sleep this morning vomiting bile something awful and really dry heaving, there was a bit a blood in it, although that may have been from the dry heaving. I have had this quite a bit over the last few years, but it usually occurs when i'm sleeping, and its' more like a reflux thing. I do know that the liver constantly produces it. But becuase i'm having this problem, is it something I should ignore? Or is it possible that vomiting bile after surgery, could be an indication that another problem exists?? I'm almost positive, that it's just bile and not acid reflux, bile is wretched. I have no idea but you need to go to the doctor asap This shouldnt be happening. i would go to your Dr it could be indicative of a partial bowel obstruction, I would talk to a gastroenterologist if I were you. you may be eating too late at night, or just before you go to bed, fatty foods will cause that . But if you are concerned about it you should really call your doctor. you have acid reflex talk to your Dr. it could be serous You need to consult a doctor ASAP.
