Vomiting in my mouth after EVERY meal???

After every meal I eat, I will throw it back up (with saliva and other digestive liquids) in my mouth. The vomit is not projectile and I have noticed that this happens atleast twice a day. Typically (and this may seem gross) I'll just swallow it back down... since I do not want to worry my parents or seem odd when in front of people).

The vomiting will last for atleast an hour after I have eaten... then will cease.

Additionally, I don't really feel any nausea or fever... I just can't hold down my partially digested food.

Has anyone experienced this?? Any ideas as to what the cause is??

Thanks :-)

I would go see a doctore ASAP. while it might not be bothering you too much now over time of consistently doing this the acid that comes up with teh food from your stomach will erode your asophagus as well as your teeth. Perhaps it has something to do with portion size though. i have a friend that when she eats too much it just comes right back up because her stomach is too small. try eating smaller portions more frequently through out the day

i have this same problem. i went to the doctors and he hsant relly halped me much. hes given me an assortment of pills that dont work so if u do find out what it is, please let me know! Report It

It may be a very extreme case of acid reflux disease. You should see your Dr.

Your food is not digesting well so you're regurgitating. Try eating slower and in smaller amounts.

You definitely need to tell your parents...vomiting after every meal does not sound normal or healthy. Tell your parents you need to consult a doctor....

seems like acid reflux or gurd, a table spoon of apple cider vinegar after each meal for about 1 week could cure it for you

you need to get to a doctor. You obviously have a medical issue that needs attention.

I think you are bulimia, you can die from this.
Bulimia is when you throw up your food that you have just ate, it is an eating disorder.

Citygal is right. It can cause other problems if not treated. Tell your parents and they can get you in to see a doctor. It's treatable.

go see a dr.d

sounds like you have acid reflux, make an appt with your doctor, they have medication for this now days.

Maybe you have a hairball. I know that's what my cat does when she has one.

Could be acid reflux but you would feel a painful burn with that too. Maybe your esophagus is spasming after food. Try eating slower and making sure that you chew properly. See a doctor if it continues as this shouldn't be happening.

GET HELP !!

You need a Dr. yourlining of your thoat or Digestive track may be weak ,causing you to get sick, please let your mom and dad know ,so they can get you the right treatment. Do not ignore it, this could be hard on you after a while.Try softer foods, no tomatos, citrus, garlic, or things that dont go down well.
