Vomiting Bile on a full stomach?

I ate a sandwich last night for dinner with an apple. All of the sudden this morning I woke up vomiting bile non-stop and heavily for nearly 4-5 hours. It was every 5-10 minutes I was throwing up. I had no really high fever, the only thing I did notice is, major diarrhea and cramping pains, but they weren't really bad, to where I thought I should go to the emergency. I've also had quite a bad migraine for the past few hours with this (naturally), and my right side in my back is hurting, around my kidneys.

The only time I have ever had this pain/vomiting like this in my life is when I had my gallbladder removed nearly 9 years ago. I wouldn't be concerned, but this happened on Thursday as well, and that happened right after I had eaten breakfast.

Is this something I should worry about? I hate going to the doctor or hospital, so any home remedies would be greatly appreciated. Or if anyone knows what it might be!
