My brother has been vomiting ever since he went in the Army.?

My older brother has been vomiting ever since he went to National Service.. Every time he went home, my mom would make him eat and he would delightedly eat.. Then he would go to the toilet and vomit it all out.. It has been going on from January.. It hurts to hear him vomiting in the toilet and he has lost 30-40kg.. Please help
