Hydrogen peroxide to induce vomiting?

I was doing research for a biology project and I came something mentioning the use of hydrogen peroxide to induce vomiting in pets and was just wondering; can hydrogen peroxide safely induce vomiting in humans as well?

(BTW: I鈥檓 not bulimic; just curious. And like I mentioned I do biology so I now all the damage self induced vomiting can do so there is no need to get your knickers in a twist and go off on a anti-ED rant)

Never, ever, use hydrogen peroxide to induce vomiting in humans. It is used in cats and dogs. Type this: hydrogen peroxide and emesis; into a search engine and you can draw your own conclusions.

Why dont you try it and let me know.
