Vomiting and food!?

The monday just gone i had my first day of work experience although on that night i was vomiting and everything. S oon tuesday I stayed at home. On wednesday I went back but that evening again i threw up twice. I stayed at home yesterday because I had terrible tummy cramps my mum was going to take me to the hostpital but i would off had to wait for hours. The tummy cramps gently easied off and I had no food for 24 hours. But now I'm hungry and I don't want to be sick again or have toast and jam what can i eat!!!!!!!! Please help I really need to go to my work experience.

listen dear ,you should've gone to hospital ,since Monday ,you most probably have gastritis (stomach inflammation) ,and if you have diarrhea too ,then you have gastroenteritis ,but they should be confirmed by some tests and by physical examination .so the best thing to do is .

GO SEE A DOCTOR

Dr.hatem

What i would do is start out with liquids, ideally sugar-free juices, and work my way up from that; juice, then fruits and veggies in small amounts, then f & j's in big amounts, then when you feel right you can go for other things. Good luck!

Check out the environment where you're having your work experience. You might be reacting to something your system does not like. Go for fruits to satisfy your hunger for now.
