Cannot fall asleep?

i just posted a different question about sleep isues but i wanted to post a different one about this i have good nights and bad nights read the other question for details anyways sometimes i keep myself from falling by talking to myself not outloyud not a different voice just i cant stop thinking about things i did that day or last week i dont know its really stress because i dont have much conflict at work or anything but ill lay in bed and start thinking to myself things i did earlier and stuff and its kinda hard to explain but its almost like i have my point of view but i can almost answer my own questions by having i guess another part of brain evaluate a different point of view i dont have any split personality disorders or anything its a really good way to solve problems thats it no split peronalities or anything but my conversation with myself will keep me awake but its me and i cant stop doing it because its kinda hard to resist thinking and if i think other stuff comes tomind

that happens to me all the time, try forcing yourself to meditate, you'll get better at it the more you do it (I know it might sound cheesy but clearing your mid is exactly what you need) or maybe a noise machine (white noise) that might help too... good luck!
