Does this sound like Schizohrenia?

I have seen shadows since I think about 8.Didnt see them as much until my dad's death. Some time after that I heard a voice mumbling. Then about a month or two after that I heard a voice say softly 'kill yourself'. It sounded like it anyway I heard two voices interact with each other but again I couldnt understand. The weird thing is I only hear them when I went to bed.

Other times I would feel like things are crawling on my skin.Other times I couldnt really do work at school because my mind was racing. I dont really trust people.I think they talk about or are watching me. I tend to live in my little fantasy world alot, especially at school.Dont really show much emotion. Also I have a hard time understanding some things.
I have been to a psychiatrist and taken a tests. That didnt do ****.It said something about a mood disorder not specifide. And that I have voilent undertones and anger.Depression.I also have Schizoid feartures.Could you tell me what that is as well?

i think maybe you should start writing all this down.. and take it to a dr one day. doctors need to know exactly what all the symptoms are. go to a different psychiatrist and see what they say. i think it does sound like schizoprenia.. but im not a genius or professional in that area. umm doctors should have a book called umm the dsm which is the diagnostic and statistical of mental disorders... and that diagnoses people. you maybe can look it up or see if y ou can buy one or if theres one at the library. with that.. it lists the symptoms for each disorder.. stay positive though :)

Get another opinion. Your shrink sounds like mine.

You have some issues that medication and counselling can help you learn to cope with. Try to find a counsellor you can tell your thoughts and feelings to. Let your regular doctor and the counsellor communicate facts to each other. I hope you are lucky like I was and they start to work together. What you are experiencing is tough. Don't give in and please don't give up.

find a different psychiatrist to do an evaluation on you. If you were not satisfied with the initial diagnosis. I believer there are different types of schizophrenia too. Best of luck.

absolutely SEEK ANOTHER OPINION. Like someone else said, there are different types of schizophrenia.
