Sleeping disorder and depression.?

if you cant help....Fcuk OFF.

I am 14.(male)
Lately I have been suffering from sleeping disorder and depression and have been really confused about myself.
ok...here's the deal.
I live in Bangladesh. I go to a well known school. My folks always shout at me. I have a little brother....whom I am often jealous of. I have many school "friends"....mostly nerds and confused people. I don't mix with the so called popular big kids coz they are not fun to hang out with, and they are very immature and are short sighted. though i am quite popular...well idont know about popularity in the whole school but if you ask about me to anyone in my class(of 100 students) all of them would know me.
I use to sing and play guitar...but i left singing coz many people criticized my singing and people liked singers with deeeeeeeper voices not like mine. So i left singing as i felt very bad. I sing now just for myself. but play guitar for everyone.
I got dumped by my girlfriend 6 months back.

i liked her a lot.
the girl i like now does not like kids like me...she is kind of attracted to the popular kids.
the only source of happiness for me is football(soccer). I love to play this game and even if Zidane came to me and told me to stop playing this game for the sake of the game itself, i wont. This game has given me joy like nothing did before. I like watching football too. I hide and watch late night football matches so that my folks dont catch me. They don't allow me to watch late night matches....almost all matches take place after midnight in Bangladesh time. So i sleep usually less than 4 hours every night.
The next day in school, i have less concentration in class. My grades have been in a free fall since last year. Before these problems i was in the top 3 students of the class. But now I am not good at all. I don't feel like studying and when suddenly i have an INTENSE dewsire to study a subject...mostly me mom starts to shout at me 4 sth completely out of the point

I to suffered a horrible depression for six years. It was the most terrifying time of my life but there is hope. My depression became so severe, I couldn't get out of bed for months at a time. Sweetie, you are only fourteen years old & just getting to know yourself. The first thing I can tell you is to always be true to yourself, no matter what. If you focus on your 'Authentic Self' the one deep down inside of yourself, there will be no need for jealousy, shame or worrying about where you are on the popularity chart. You are the only YOU in this entire world, there is no other. Learn to love yourself & you will see the change in how others see you. Take pride in everything you do, whether it be your schoolwork, guitar, singing, religion or dealing with your parents and you will be rewarded. As for you parents, always remember they are only human with their own hangups from their pasts. They only do what they know how to do, when we know better, we do better. Isn't that what we expect from ourselves??? Be kind, be patient & please be grateful, with yourself & others. And always remember you're not alone out there. As for girls, they will come & go, especially at your age, but we all find our kindred spirits. BUT, the first person you must fall in love with is YOURSELF. How is someone else supposed to find you attractive or love you, if you don't??? BELIEVE IN YOU!

Often, missing sleep can really mess up our ability to regulate our moods and feel good. Treating the sleeping problems may be the key to startin to feel better.

Its very normal for teens to feel... out of place, sad, and just "not right." Talk to someone at school or consider looking into a counselor or therapist so you can get some relief! Glad that you were able to get all this out in your question though - I'm sure it feels good to be able to get alot of this off your chest. 14 is a tough age. But it only gets better from there.
