I had a nodule removed from my right vocal cord, what can i do?

i still keep losing my voice after i had a surgery three months ago. im a teacher and i have a problem talking and i suffer from a voice horseness and voice loss. u recommend anything??

Vocal rest... very difficult in your situation. You are a professional voice user and as such are prone to developing nodules... This is due, in most part, to poor vocal hygiene.. which can involve elements such as having to maintain a high volume, not enough WATER intake, higher stress levels etc...

You can help your voice by taking regular relaxation, drinking WATER (other drinks can dehydrate your vocal cords)... and maintaining an easy vocal quality... You could see a Speech Therapist who would be able to offer you some strategies to help this...

(I am a therapist and answering this question to you personally would need a consultation... the answer I have given above is just a general reply)... Good luck

Did you get speech therapy afterwards?

Get checked out again by your surgeon or ENT. You shouldn't be hoarse at this point.
