Mother has vitiligo/stays in Chandigarh/cosmetics for covering patches?

My mother, aged 55 years has vitiligo which is spreading very fast. In the last 3 years, her hands/feet/elbows have turned all white. She has tried homeopathy, ayurvedic etc. but no reduction at all.
(1) From where can she buy cosmetics, specially in north India.? She has wheatish-fair complexion, the patches are a lot noticeable on her.
(2) are there any vitiligo groups in Chandigarh that you know of? She is undergoing depression because of her patches.

Take her to a local homoeopath. Homoeopathy has guaranteed cure for vitiligo. Then it depends how much it has spread. If it has spread whole body, do not waste money.
