do u think it might work or is it just propaganda?

I would lean towards the theory that it is an autoimmune disease. If your system can be balanced it should stop attacking itself. There doesn't seem to be any mainstream cures out there, so why not give it a try. I have a gut feeling that a lot of disease has a simple fix - this just might to it for you.
