Solution 2 vitiligo?

I have had vitiligo for like 10 yrs now. Its little spots in my stomach like 4 of them. They never grow or nothing, but i'm scared once i get older and my body is not as healthy as today those spots might spread..i'm 21 now. Does someone knows some good medications or something that i could do?
