What make vitiligo worse??

hey you guys, well, its true. i got vitiligo. i wasnt aware untill the white spots started to spread all around my stomache. i dont have it bad. like , i dont have big spots around my body. but i am starting to notice white on my face and around my eyes and neck. so what makes it worse?? what can i do to make it not as bad. cause ofcourse nomatter what i do, it wont take it away.

I've had vitiligo since I was five. I noticed its gradual spreading for years until about four months ago when the effects started reversing on their own.
The only way I could explain it was with a change in my diet. I started eating generally healthier food. It must have aided my immune system in repairing itself!

Vitiligo is a disease. It cant be cured. See a dermatologist for more info on it.
