Cures for vitiligo?

i have vitiligo on my arm pits and does anyone know of any treatments for it i have tried the nhs cover creams but they make my clothes go orange.

I gather this in an official diagnosis. Assuming it is there is no real treatment. Cosmetic camouflage of some sort would be the only option I am afraid.
