Do i have vitiligo?

ok at school, i gotta run alot of laps. after i'm done, i always see these white spots on the palm of my hands. its very noticable after i run,but you can still kinda see it still. do i have vitiligo and how do you get rid of it? if i leave it, will all my skin turn white like michael jackson? (AHHHH!!!!)

No what you have is totally normal. It happens after physical exertion or if your extremely cold. It is just circulation
