Does anyone know of a good vitiligo diet and also recipes to follow that diet?

Vitiligo is an autoimmune disease and responds well to ayurvedic treatment, provided a strict dietary regime is followed. Is anyone, especially from India, aware of a good dietary recommendation for vitiligo and also recipes to adapt to the dietary restrictions?

You can check on http://vitiligoforum.com where there are number of discussions on the diet which the vitiligo sufferers have followed and have achieved some results by having extra vitamins and supplements, following strict vegan diet.

In general the vegeterian diet is more suitable for vitiligo.

Whomever told you that vitiligo responds well to diet is incorrect. There is NO relationship between vitiligo and diet.....

You can check with Dr. Sharma in Jaipur India. I have vitligo and a person that I met that introduced me to this ayurvedic therapy has completely gotten rid of his. It took about one year but its really not expensive. You can google Dr. Sharma, ayurvedic vitiligo and find his webpage. I would not recommend this if I wasn't absolutely sure it will work.
