Is there anyone out there who hs Vitiligo? |
I am a white female and have had vitiligo for about 7 years now. I only have patches just below my tummy, wrists, and a little on my elbows. I had the light treatment for about a year 4 years ago and it gave me some freckles back in the middle of the patches but i havent bothered having more done since. Does anyone out there know of any possible cures that are likely to be avail any time soon on the NHS or any really effective inexpensive treatments? Or just anything that I can o to try and help it? Thank you Vitiligo is not an uncommon skin condition. There are almost 1-2% population of the world who have this problem. Which means there are millions others. I have it for 14 yrs. If you need more information and support regarding your problem, visit http://www.vitiligosupport.com . It has a membership of more than 25000 members. You will find all the answers and latest cures being discussed there. I suffer from Vitiligo and have gone to many dermatologists for help and they have been unable to offer a cure. |
