In india,treatment and cure for vitiligo is available,where,must be tried &tested.?

26,F,Belgaum,having vitiligo on all parts of skin[face,hands,feets],her elder sister had same problem,but she got cured from getting treatment from bangalore,she could not.she used to get all red in affected parts,with hottness feeling.her problem is increasing very fast now days.her aunty[father sister] had same problem.

Though treatment is available in Allopathy, Homoeopathy and Ayurveda, they are time lagging.
In Allopathy, they are trying Melanocyl tablets + Photo Therapy. But it is not convenient to take continuous photo therapy treatment. It takes more time and creates impatience in patients. I feel there is no effective treatment. As you said there may be some adverse effect after some time.
You can try homoeopathic medicines and it has to be taken for a long time, say, about two years.
