If I wanted to take vitamin supplements but do not want to take a multi vitamin, which vitamins should I take and how many milligrams per each? This question is a little vague as to what your needs are but there are some basic vitamins humans strive on. all depends on your diet. Best to take the things you lack in diet, and the amount you need again depends on how much you already get. A multi vitamin I find the best bet, with a couple other things that I need, such as calcium, and Iron, as I am not a huge milk drinker, and tend to have low iron. Most women need extra calcuim, vitamin c, and iron. I just dont see how you cant get by without taking a multivitamin. I would say at least 500 milligrams. depends what you're lacking in your body. it's probably vitamin a that you need. 25,000 IU (7,500 mcg) you should just eat correctly then you wouldn't need to take the easy way out and use vitamins. |
