Vitamins?....?


Hi!
I'm a 20 year old girl and was wondering what vitamins i should be taking?
I already take a multi-vitamin every day...
But what about Cod Liver Oil, Iron and Vitamin C?

A good multivitamin taken daily is all you need at your age.

A multi should do it. But vitamin C won't hurt. I personally take calcium supplements in addition to the multi because my stomach can't handle most dairy products very well. I also take 2 AZO cranberry pills (those are the ones that do *not* turn your urine bright orange,) because I was getting too many UTI's and my doc recommended it.
