what kinds of fruit has which kinds of vitamins and what are the vitamins for (like hair, skin, etc.)

That's a rather broad question...... I could give enough answers on that to make several pages or more. Are you looking for anything in particular to help narrow it down? Any certain fruits, certain vitamins, or certain ailments (hair or skin, for example) you're wondering about in particular?

For example, many fruits have some Vitamin C. Vitamins A, C, and E are antioxidants that help protect cells from damage. Vitamin D helps the absorption of Calcium. B-12 is good for energy.
......and the list goes on and on.

Stop eating rocks. That's a basic answer for a basic question, because vitamin/minerals cause clogging of septic tanks, porta potties, are seen in X rays and colostomy bags.

Your body is designed to utilize what is in the plant.

How many servings of raw fruits and leafy green vegetables do you eat? Let alone, organic to avoid toxic pesticides?

BULLSH!T. This has NEVER actually happened. It's just a myth the "naturopaths" like to spread.

Most fruit has Vitamin C, other B-vitamins as well. But your question is far too broad, would take a book to answer fully.
Be more specific.
