Vitamins? 鈾?


so u know how there r ALOT of differnt vitamins, well what ones r good for what? like any that r good for ur skin,or hair? cant someone explain what each vitamin is good for?what ones should i take?

You shouldn't take any if you eat a normal diet, unless your doctor tells you that you need them. Forget what the marketers tell you about different Vitamins being good for hair, nails, etc. If you consume too many water soluble vitamins, your body will simply excrete the excess. That means that if you eat one or two pieces of fruit a day and you take a Vitamin C pill, the amount of Vit C in the pill will literally go down the toilet. Also, be cautious about fat soluble Vitamins. If you take too much of Vit A or E, among others, the excess is stored in your liver and that can cause some serious damage.
I hate to bust anyone's bubble because we are so in love with Vitamins and believe that our diets are deficient, but when was the last time you heard of anyone dying from rickets (Vit D deficiency) or scurvy (Vit C deficiency). Our foods are fortified and we get plenty of Vits. The only time you need Vits is if you have a special condition that warrants it due to blood loss or illness or long periods of deprivation. Your hair is nothing but dead cells, so are your nails. There is no Vitamin in the world that will improve the condition of dead cells. Do a bit of research before you start shelling out your money or buy yourself a nice outfit instead :-)

i found these all naturual probiotic vitamins made by new chapter. you only need one a day, and they do not give me an upset stomach....
