so u know how there r ALOT of differnt vitamins, well what ones r good for what? like any that r good for ur skin,or hair? cant someone explain what each vitamin is good for?what ones should i take? You shouldn't take any if you eat a normal diet, unless your doctor tells you that you need them. Forget what the marketers tell you about different Vitamins being good for hair, nails, etc. If you consume too many water soluble vitamins, your body will simply excrete the excess. That means that if you eat one or two pieces of fruit a day and you take a Vitamin C pill, the amount of Vit C in the pill will literally go down the toilet. Also, be cautious about fat soluble Vitamins.
