Are vitamins really going to help you not get sick? Yes they really do help! I have been taking the One a Day Weight control vitamin and a calcium supplement everyday for the past year and a half and hardly ever got sick. Funny enough, there were a few times I skipped a couple days and felt my immune system going down- but some Vitamin C helped it. yes Vitamins sick yes vitamin b-12 is very good for you |
