Vitamins?????


Looking for suggestions on vitamins and/or suppliments to aid in hair, skin, and a very demanding schedule (I work in a hospital). I have high stress and fatigue. Please, and thank you!

*I don't need diet or fitness, but it's the best catagory I could find, so please no diet supplements! tx

Find a doctor that will actually run the correct test. there is a series of test that can be run that tell you exactly what vitamins your body is deficient in currently.

I would suggest a daily one-a-day multivitamin for women and a daily calcium supplement. I would also suugest you eat at least 4 servings of vegetables daily, 3 servings of fruits daily, and 3 servings of whole grains daily. If you do this you will get all the vitamins you need.

Since you work in a hospital, I would also suggest you get your yearly flu shot. Wash your hands or use Purrell often.

To decrease stress I would suggest you laugh as much as possible, watch comedies, surround yourself with positive people, treat yourself to a bubble bath weekly, and treat yourself to a massage monthly.
