Looking for suggestions on vitamins and/or suppliments to aid in hair, skin, and a very demanding schedule (I work in a hospital). I have high stress and fatigue. Please, and thank you! Find a doctor that will actually run the correct test. there is a series of test that can be run that tell you exactly what vitamins your body is deficient in currently. I would suggest a daily one-a-day multivitamin for women and a daily calcium supplement. I would also suugest you eat at least 4 servings of vegetables daily, 3 servings of fruits daily, and 3 servings of whole grains daily. If you do this you will get all the vitamins you need. i think American Vistas dot com might be of some help as you can get from there ,too many product choices . |
