Vitamins......?


which vitamins are the best for bone growth or anything to help the bones get stronger or grow?????? where can i buy it?????

Calcium and Vitamin D is recommended, but usually it is not lack of calcium that causes poor bone health but rather the inability to properly absorb and metabolize calcium and the loss of calcium.

The loss of calcium is cause by too much caffeine and the eating of refined and processed foods. Both of these activities cause the loss of stored calcium and other minerals from bone tissue.

The inability to absorb and metabolize calcium is caused also by poor eating habits and can also be caused by low levels of Vitamin D in the blood.

Calcium is good to keep bone strong, but there is nothing to help the bones grow. If you are looking to be taller, there is nothing you can do about that........Sorry....
