Vitamins????


is there anything i can take to stop me feeling so tired and worn out all the time? - other than iron pills?

A balanced diet with lots of fruit and vegetables, keep off junk food, look at what foods contain iron to instead of taking supplements....

Boobs.

Lot's of water, 8 hours of sleep, ginseng, coffee, exercise, eating a little every 3-4 hours, vitamin c for stress, multi vitamins.

i dont think you should take iron pills all the time as i have been told they can make u constipated...
you could try drinking coffee? it can become addictive tho and stain your teeth...drink lots of water and eat healthy...ginseg is also good to give you a bit of a kick

Firstly check your diet to many carbohydrates can make you feel exhusted alot.
It may be worth you going to your doctor he may get you tested for diabetes and thyroid.
Cut down on caffiene and try to drink plenty of water.
If you were eating a proper balanced diet you woulnt need vitamins .But there are some good multi vitamins around if you need.

I always feel worn out and tired so can relate to this one! I take a multi-vitamin and a high dose Vitamin B capsule daily. I think the key to not feeling tired is to do all the boring things that health care professionals are always telling us to do (lol) ie eat fresh food as much as possible, get at least 8 hours sleep a night, take some form of exercise every other day (every day if you can). I do not know what your circumstances are but I find that after being on my feet all day the best thing after a long working day is to put on your joggers, take your walkman or i-pod and go for a really brisk walk for 20-30 mins. It's the last thing you feel like doing but believe me, you will feel energized! Drink lots of water too!

u cant just pick which vitamin to choose .. all are essential vitamins .. so basically u need them all ..

iron is not an energy boost if that what u think, try eating healthy a complete rich diet it is better than pills ..


try fruit salads and viggie salads those are the real energy boosts, they will sure make u feel better, provided that u sleep well (about 8-9 hours a day) + eat protein/carbs/helthy fat and there isnt any underlying clinical condition/disease ..
