Vitamins...?


i read something that says dont take any more than 25 mg of niacin a day, i have a bottle of 250 mg?? i dont get it? am i taking too much by taking just ONE?

You need a good vitamin, not in pill form that will damage your DNA like all the vitamin pills on the market, especially the synthetic versions. There are NO "B" vitamin pills on the market that are not synthetic. They are all made from derivatives of "Coal Tar." A non-living substance that does not promote health. These are actually chemical activators that do not promote health, but actually will shorten your life, not give you nutrition. In fact, what they do is help you a little at first, but then over a period of time start damaging the body. The body has an innate intelligence that knows anything that does not have the correct cell resonance and believe me, these things don't.

There is only one "B" vitamin source I know of that is prepared the correct way where it all comes from a natural once living source and then broken down by bacteria the way the body does it and then put in a bottle containing the friendly bacteria creating the "end chain" form of all the "B" vitamins.

When you take this, it goes into your system within about 20 seconds and you may feel the back of your head heat up slightly, showing you that you are actually getting all of it in your system. The other "B" vitamins you buy in pill form will end up in your toilet and turn your toilet water yellow.
