Question on taking vitamins for workout? |
Normally I take energy vitamins before my workout (vitamin B, vitamin E, Garlic, etc) and recover vitamins after (vitamin C, Calcium, Magnesium, etc). I recently bought Ripped Fuel and Amino Fuel. I plan on taking Ripped Fuel before my work out and Amino Fuel after. Should I still take the energy vitamins before and recovery vitamins after? Or should I take the vitamins at another time in the day? Well protein powders and aminos are like fuel for a car. |
