Vitamins, how much is too much? |
I take about 8-11 vitamins a day you should look at the back of hydrocut and make sure none of your vitamins are in it. There are two different types of vitamins some are water soluble and others are fat soluble vitamins. If you take too many water soluble vitamines it is ok because they will all go through your body, and what your body can use it will sue otherwise you will urinate the rest that isn't needed by your body. Fat soluble vitamins are only broken down by the natural fat in your body. Your body will store these vitamins untill 0needed...it isn't good to take to many of these because they will be kept in your body and just keep building up, they could cause your body to functions to back up (such as pooping) and can also cause your body not to break down the fat which will cause you to hold in fat instead of loosing it! Water soluble vitamins are: vitamin C and the big group of B vitamins, biotin, and pantothenic acid. Fat soluble vitamins are: Vitamin A, D, E, and K. I do not know about Lysine or Chromium, I think if your just taking one then it shouldn't hurt. One pill of garlic is ok, garlic helps fight off illnesses. Zinc also helps fight illnesses, but most of the food you eat gives your body enough Zinc, excessive amounts of Zinc will cause you to gain weight (so if your attempting to shead some pounds I wouldn't recomend taking a zinc pill as your body gets enough of it through your food. In any case make sure if you are taking any prescriptions you need to inform your Dr. as some vitamins can cause bad reactions with your medicine's. I have always been a faithful follower of a one-a-day mult-vitamin. They produce so many muti-vitamins now for any type of person, men's, women's, pregnant women's, and for those attempting to lose weight. These will give you all the vitamines you need for one day, in one pill! Those multi-vitamins that are for those who are attempting to lose weight have highes doses of vitamines in them because when people are attempting to lose weight they tend not to eat as much as they should be or they work out and perspire more so they need more vitamines. Hopefully this helps...also herbalist will help with info...you can find them in the yellow pages...or just ask around for an herbalist, GNC usually will know of some in the area...they are also sometimes called Witch Dr.'s but they know their stuff and can tell you what vitamine and herb you should be taking to help with whatever! Well, excess is always bad. Id cut down on the Vitamin A, and take more multi vitamins instead. If you only do it do be hyper, its kinda like a drug isnt it? First, I want to clarify, you take the diet pills for the hyperness that they create? If this is true I would suggest you find a different way to get hyper. I took something years ago that altered my body and I could feel my heart beating faster. I'm no doctor but I believe that those things aren't good for you and they could kill you. I have found something else that works much better without the health risks. I think you are probably taking too much. There is no such thing like overdose of vitamins. There is no storage systems in the body for vitamins. Whatever is in excess is excreted by the kidneys in the urine. |
