The vitamin pills i want to take have 300% Vit. C, 250% Vit D, 167% of vit. E and 100% of 10 other vitamins? |
Is there such thing of having too much vitamin C or D? ADEK are fat soluable and stay in your body if you get too much. If you get too much B, C they are water soluables and the excess is excreted. You are better off with lots of C. No one knows how much D & E are absorbed from the digestive tract. Vitamin A is the one you have watch for excess amounts. |
