Gummy vitamins?

I just bought the gummy bear multi-vitamin. It says kids: take 2
I'm 18, should I double up since I'm an adult?
And does anyone know of any gummy vitamins that are calcium (and any other different kinds) Would it be alright for me to take multi-vitamin,calcium vitamin and maybe another? Or would that be taking too many. Also, am I getting the same amount of vitamins in the gummies,or would I be getting more if I were to continue Womens One a Day,etc?

Look at the back of the bottle of gummy vitamins where it lists the % of the DV that you get from taking them. If it says 100% for taking two gummies, then that is enough. If it says like 57% or something, then you should probably double up.

It would be a good idea to go the store where you buy your vitamin products and make a direct comparison (per the labels) of the two products you are questioning. See if there are any advantages to using one product over another. This way you will truly know the dosages, vitamin intake %'s and any other quesitons you are inquiring about.
