Accutane along with vitamins ?

I was wondering if it was okay to take vitamins along with accutane ?

Currently, Im taking
Vitamin A & D
Vitamin E
Vitamin C
Vitamin B Complex
Zinc

Would I be risking myself if I take these vitamins along with accutane? Also, there were different mgs of accutane on this website I found. There was roaccutane 20mg and deccutane 10mg, which would be more healthy for me ?

I had liver problems after taking accutane 60mg

Thanks for your time!

Vitamin A is strictly not allowed to be taken with accutane as it may cause overdose. The rest are fine but its better to speak with your derm before taking any. Alcohol is also not a very good idea either.

Lower dosages means less stress on the liver which means you may have to go on a longer period on the drug but its better since you said you had liver problems in the past. I don't know what you mean by roaccutane and deaccutane but I know roaccutane is made by the original makers of accutane and it is FDA approved. Its better to get accutane that are FDA approved.

I'd lay off the vitamin a and maybe e

Is your doctor prescribing you accutane? He/she should prescribe the dose according to your weight and monitor your liver function at the same time. Please DO NOT ever buy accutane online and take them without your doctor's guidance. Accutane causes severe birth defects, including mental retardation and physical malformations, a woman must NOT become pregnant while taking it. Common side effects include Conjunctivitis (``pinkeye''), dry or fragile skin, dry or cracked lips, dry mouth, dry nose, itching, joint pains, nosebleed. Other less common side effects include: bowel inflammation and pain, chest pain, decreased night vision, decreased tolerance to contact lenses, delay in wound healing, depression, fatigue, headache, nausea, peeling palms or soles, rash, skin infections, stomach and intestinal discomfort, sunburn-sensitive skin, thinning hair, urinary discomfort, vision problems, vomiting.

Accutane is isotretinoin, so do not concurrently take it with vitamin A.
