What vitamins and minerals assist the body with energy production.

Since vitamins/minerals do not supply the body with any calories, they do not give the body any energy, so why might some people feel like they have more energy after taking vitamin/mineral supplementation.

Do you recommend taking any vitamin/mineral supplementation? Take into account the body's need, safety, and cost.
