Afraid of excess of vitamins. (experts please)? |
I've been keeping a count of the calories I intake for a few months for weightloss (along with exercise). So I cut down carbs like wheat, rice (not completely though) and started eating lots of fruits and vegetables, milk, yogurt, and stuff like that. Now that resulted in hair loss which I've been suffering for a month now. So I started taking this multivitamin tablet along with biotin so that there's no vitamin or mineral defficiency in my body because of dieting. yes, this is a concern. |
