Vitamins. Am I taking too many?


I am not a very healthy eater, so I have started taking vitamins. Every morning I take 1 multivitamin, 1 600 mg Calcium, 1 400 IU Vitamin E, 1 1000 mg Vitamin C and 1 Cod Liver Oil. Is this too much?

No, I don't think it's too much at all.

Try to eat more healthy too though. Vitamins can't do it all.
