What does it mean when there is a lot of violence in your dreams?

and the violence involves your family members/children?

This is the only way of expressing anger and frustration. If you didn't dream it....HOW would it come out? Your brain is designed to carry on trying to cope with things when you are asleep, you are not awake to hold your brain back so it really goes for it! It's good because at least you are having an outlet for your feelings.

It also shows you that there are things you need to face and sort out....once you have done this, your dreams will settle.

Best wishes

Maybe you have some issues in your life which need to be resolved, you could be a little stressed out.

If there is a lot of violence in your dreams it might mean a couple things:
1. you might be experiencing some confusion and conflict in your daily life.
2. you might be feeling powerless about something.
3. it might suggest a need for control and a fear of losing power in a real life situation.
4. it might also indicate unexpressed anger or rage.
So take a look at what's going on in your life lately and if there is anything that might explain one or more of these feelings.

"Whatever you think or encounter in the day you will likely dream in your sleep."
Are you always worry about and wiery of the surrounding where your family is located ? Do you feel helpless and destressed at the events and incidents in the media ?
You love your family members very much and too attached to them emotionally.
Try to free yourself by sincere prayer and meditation .Visits friends and look up for the positive sides of this beautiful world.
Have my regards

Dreams are a way of letting out what you couldnt do in your real life. It is something you have been suppressing and wouldnt do even though you'd like to do it.
