I feel a need for violence, is this normal?

Not like hacking sombody up with a chainsaw, blood and guts type violence. I just feel like fighting all the time. Its not aggression, im not angry...I just want to fight. I'm 16 years old so i wondered if it was to do with hormones and testosterone and puberty and being male that type thing. Is this common?

hmm. i think you should see a theripist. do you like fighting.because i feel the need to distroy every thing because people make me mad. so i like to play violent video games

I feel to hurt something right now so dont wind me up

Definitely not normal...I think you sense that already.
Speak to someone please...

i think you should join a gym to get ride of the aggression.

do you fancy a square go!

You fancy going on a rampage? Meet me in 1 hour. You bring a chainsaw...........i'll bring a cheese grater, meat cleaver, golf clubs and drill!

No dude....if you need help see go to yell.com and look up doctor

You need to get some professional help it sounds like you have some anger issues. If this continues you will start beating up women and end up in prison. Or you will pick a fight with the wrong person and end up dead.

you need control managment before you hurt someone or someone hurts yourself

No, it isn't normal. I don't buy the idea that you "aren't angry". I think you are and just don't know it.

I suggest you speak to a counselor at school about this, so you won't get yourself into trouble, and you will if this continues.

Testosterone levels will do that to you, and at 16, they're pretty much at their peak. The good thing is, is that you realise that what you're feeling, so hopefully would not act on the anger you feel. Go and talk to your gp and get some sound advice from someone who knows what they're talking about.

watch out !kick punch pinch and slap, yes it is normal for you to want to do all that I am a female and at 16 I look like the last person who would throw down cause I am so beautiful, but I would have fight matches in my head then go find some boxes and teach them a lesson ,I never touched no one in a violent way ,it happened until I turned 18

2 words my friend... ANGER MANAGMENT!!!

hi mr angry confused hormonal gizza.

this is totally normal boxing and martial arts in your local area will chanel your aggression and energy in to something positive..... you never know you might end up getting a black belt .good luck chopo suey x chinesse chicken finger licking

It could be to do with puberty and raging hormones...but if it concerns you speak to someone you trust about it, maybe your GP. Also, finding a healthy outlet for anger-type feelings would be a good idea. Maybe try boxing/martial arts?

Take up some sport.

Martial Arts are good for learing how to control and channel your aggressive impulses.

It's probably just your hormones kicking up a fuss.

i felt like that when i was sixteen and i got a punching bag to let it out.
i didnt think i was angry but when i started my counselling course i realised that i had other issues and emotions that may have been causeing it. or it could deffinantly be to do with hormones and testosterone, tell your doctor about it. or perhaps join a gym or martial arts class, that will help you get it out and teach you the disapline and responcibility that comes with it.
im not too sure what is going on with you but i would suggest talking to your doctor or a counsellor, to make sure that you dont hurt someone one day
