Are there any free counseling services for violence thats free?

a woman was attacked at my apartments the other night and I was the one that called the ambulance, I am having a really hard time getting my life back together, I can't focus, I'm livin in fear, I can't sleep and when I do, I wake up crying from nightmares, I think I may need some counseling but I have no money right now or insurance, are there any free services for something like this or what would you suggest?

Here they have community services and it is all free.

Try calling a crisis line... they may be able to give you some numbers/agencies.

Either look up on the internet or seek the help of a voluntary welfare organisation nearest home. The people there should be able to link you up.
