Are you feeding pain?

I'm not ranting, I'm addressing your pain body.... because you ask how not to suffer.
Pain bodies are pain in you that has developed a kind of autonomy.... like a symbiotic entity.

Pain bodies cause you to inflict suffering and to suffer.... soaking up the pain that results.
Pain is nourishment for the pain body but poison for you and yours.

Stop feeding the 'pain body' by watching violence on TV.
It's like inviting murderers into your home by pressing a button....
What causes you to watch pure violence? It's insanity when you really look at it.
The 'pain body' is responsible.

Just shine awareness on the pain body and you will heal. As you witness it arise, say:
"I see you and I know what you're up to, but I won't cooperate."

Yes, you won't be entertained.... what is lost? Just pain.

Perhaps if the pain body wants to satisfy its hunger.... it cuts you.

(Pain bodies will temporarily possess a person, but if the person sees it happening.... they can stop it.)

Because you also get a sense of identity from being emo.... that has to be let go of.
