Tell your teacher. i mean, you're both really young and it might just be a phase but it's natural to be concerned. he might be in danger of harming himself or other people, or maybe his behaviour is just a cry for help. either way, tell your teacher.

Ask for a seat change. that guy sounds creepy and I wouldn't want to sit next to him either!

you have a responsibility to report odd behavior.. go to the teacher in private or to the grade counselor.. you need to tell someone.. do it and do it NOW!
