Vertigo following seizures ?

I had a seizure due to a drug interaction about a month ago, and I am now having severe vertigo and have been since that day. I also have been getting toungue tied easily and slurring my speech?
My stepfather who has epilepsy says that is common but I have never heard of it, is this normal?
the vertigo is so bad that I look like a walking bruise, I literally took out a wall in my house today from falling, this has got to end!

yeah, somebody needs a little help. Stuff like this is Not common, and it is Not normal. It may be normal for someone who's already been diagnosed and is under a doctor's care, but whenever something new crops up and doesn't go away, it's doctor time. Don't wait, make an appointment for an evaluation. It's better than not knowing what's going on.

You may want to visit a neurologist for evaluation of the possibility you may have suffered a stroke.

Talk to another medical professional about the medication you had taken and your reaction to it. It sounds as though the first Dr. didn't give you a full exam and/or didn't explain what reaction you might have from the medication he/she prescribed.
Just do it ASAP. Having the symptoms you are describing for as long as you have is definitely not normal. Please, go to someone else as soon as you can.
