Is this vertigo? |
Hi, I have vertigo from time to time and have never had the pulsing symptoms you describe.I my case..I feel like my eyes are spinning in my head..best way I can describe it is a case of the good old fashioned bed spins like when you have had too much to drink. Also , while standing, if I tilt my head back to look straight up..I get dizzy , lose my balance and fall over backwards.and Lastly , if fluorescent lights flicker I get dizzy and lose my balance..It is a very odd sensation It sounds like heart palpitations - when your heartbeart creates a sound or throbbing sensation in your ears. Vertigo is dizziness or feeling like you are moving when you are still, or thinking that things around you are moving when they are still. Brief disorientation is common with rapid movements, especially if a person has a cold or congestion. |
