Vertigo and migraine plus thyroid nodules?

I've had migraine and vertigo for the last 15 months, had a MRI as they thought it was a brain tumour, clear. Been to vertigo 'school', no relief, specialist has stopped as it makes it worse. At the same time the docs found i have 7 nodules on my thyroid which all are going to be taken out.......anyone any ideas ?

I have the same problems migraines, vertigo and toxic-multi nodule goiters on my thryoid). My doctor believes that I have a small tumor pressed against my pitutary gland but at the time of the MRI, it wasn't showing up. She said that if it's really tiny, it can cause symptoms long before the MRI can pick it up.
Treat the symptoms and keep pressing for more MRI's until they find something. My endo believes it's something totally different but I don't trust her. She said it was either thyroiditis or thyroid cancer and since it's been almost 18 months, it's not thyroiditis. Find a doctor you can trust that will listen to you. Good luck
