Vertigo question...?

i would like to know everything possible about vertigo...what causes it...what exactly it is...is it curable...if so how...thanks a lot..

one cause is an inner ear infection, and yes it can be fixed with a antibiotic.

there are other causes that are more serious such as stroke or even cancer.
